Juneteenth, is a pivotal holiday commemorating the end of slavery in
the United States. From freedom community life can grow. This is a
time for reflection and rejoicing. It is a time for assessment,
self-improvement and planning the future. Let us consider our lessons
from this transitional year and our connection between building
community and building freedom.
